These Terms of Sale set out the terms under which Goods are sold by Us to consumers through this web site, https://www.saxclinic.com (“Our Site”). Please read these Terms of Sale carefully and ensure that you understand them before ordering any Goods from Our Site.

1.1 In these Terms of Sale, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

“Goods” means the Ligatures sold by Us through Our Site;
“Warranty” means the guarantee offered by Sax Clinic, a limited liability company registered in North Macedonia, whose registered address is Ul.Crnogorska 45A, Skopje, North Macedonia, according to Clause 8 of these Terms of Sale.
“Order” means your order for Goods placed through Our Site;

3.2 It is your responsibility to make any and all arrangements necessary in order to access Our Site.
3.3 Access to Our Site is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We may alter, suspend or discontinue Our Site (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if Our Site (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time and for any period.

Goods, Pricing and Availability
4.1 We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from Us correspond to the actual Goods. Please note, however, the following:
4.1.1 Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions;
4.1.2 Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only, the actual packaging of Goods may vary.
4.2 Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, model, colour, number of the Goods that you are purchasing.
4.3 We cannot guarantee that Goods will always be available. Stock indications are provided on Our Site.
4.4 We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary. Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
4.5 We provide free shipping worldwide. The free shipping is for standard delivery only. If you prefer express delivery, you should contact us on the following email account: contact@saxclinic.com and it is subject to additional charges according to the couriers’ prices.
Placing an Order
5.1 Our Site will guide you through the ordering process. Please ensure that you have checked your Order carefully before submitting it.
5.2 It is your responsibility to provide Us with correct and complete information. We do not take any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information. If We incur any costs as a result of your incorrect or in complete information, We will pass those costs on to you.
Payment
6.1 Payment for Goods must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. You will be charged at point of order.
6.2 We accept the following methods of payment on Our Site:
6.2.1 Visa Debit or Credit Card and
6.2.2 Mastercard Debit or Credit Card.
Shipping
7.1 All Goods purchased through Our Site will be shipped within 7 calendar days after the payment has been received, except in circumstances which are not under Our control (see clause 10).
Warranty
8.1 The Goods (Ligatures) are warrantied for the period of one year. The Ligature is warrantied against stretching or unusual changes of the cord as well as against defects of the other parts constituting the Ligature as a result of the normal use of the Ligature. The warranty does not cover damages incurred from improper use of the Goods or damages resulting from external events of mishandling.
8.2 The Ligature is to be send for warranty service with all parts included.
8.3 If we find the claim to be legitimate, we will repair or exchange the defective Ligature within 30 days.
8.4. The Warranty is valid only with the presented proof of sale.
Our Liability to Consumers
9.1 We will be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of Our breach of these Terms of Sale or as a result of Our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of Our breach or negligence. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
Events Outside of Our Control (Force Majeure)
10.1 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond Our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond Our reasonable control.
