The clarinetist, Pablo Barragán is recognised for his refined sound paired with a high skill of craftsmanship, stage charisma and boundless curiosity for the programming of his performances.

Pablo trained at the Seville Conservatory with Antonio Salguero and with Matthias Glander at the Fundación Barenboim-Said in Seville. He is the winner of the Prix Crédit Suisse Jeunes Solistes in 2013, amongst other competitions. He has worked with orchestras such as the Brucknerhaus Orchestra Linz, the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the Orquesta Sinfónica de Radio Televisión Española, the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra with conductors such as Anja Bihlmaier, Thomas Dausgaard, Daniel Raiskin, and Zsolt Hamar. Pablo is humbled to collaborate with fabulous chamber music partners such as Liza Ferschtmann, Elena Bashkirova, Beatrice Rana, Kian Soltani, Emmanuel Pahud, the Modigliani Quartet, Schumann Quartet and many more. His Chamber music invitations included performances at Rheingau Music Festival, Classiche Form, the Martha Argerich Festival, the Wigmore Hall London and Tonhalle Zurich.

The 2023/24 season brings solo appearances with orchestras such as the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra in Neumarkt and at the Heidelberger Frühling led by cellist & conductor István Várdai, the Brasov Philharmonic under the direction of Paul Meyer, and the Bursa Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Adrian Prabava among others. He has been invited to open the season for the Cordoba Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Alvaro Albiach. In the realm of chamber music, he will perform with Noa Wildschut and pianist Frank Dupree at Konzerthaus Dortmund, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam among other venues. Further concerts bring him to the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Cologne Philharmonic Hall, as well as to Teatro Ristori in Verona and Auditorium C. Pollini in Padova with the Sitkovetsky Trio and with the Cremona Quartett to Amici della Musica in Florence. Other festival invitations are the Jerusalem Chamber Music Festival, the Kaposfest in Hungary, the Beethovenfest in Bonn, Festival Monteleón in Spanish León, as well as Música Musika in Bilbao. Pablo will also participate in a tour with Jerusalem Chamber Music Festival Ensemble in South America. Pablo’s curiosity and eagerness to create are also reflected in the repertoire selection for his February 2022 album BOUNDLESS, on which he has united the diverse sound universes of Weinberg, Bernstein, Prokofiev and Poulenc clarinet sonatas for the music label Aparté. Together with Noa Wildschut and Frank Dupree they will release a recording 24/25, featuring works by Paul Schoenfield, Béla Bartók, Claude Vivier and Ernest Bloch for the label Accentus Classic. Since 2020 Pablo Barragán is as a Professor at the Barenboim-Said Academy in Seville and at master classes such as Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid.

Saxophonist Dr. Dave Camwell has received wide acclaim for his technique, expression and performance in classical and jazz styles. He was a featured soloist in both styles in evening concerts at the 2012 and 2023 North American Saxophone Alliance biennial conferences.

Recently, he has collaborated extensively with Czech saxophonist Kateřina Pavlíková on a series of new works for their group, Covert Ensemble. These arrangements focus on creating virtuosic and compelling music for two saxes. The group was recently named the second prize winners of the American Prize in Chamber Music Performance in October, 2024, and the national finalists for the Ernst Bacon Memorial Award for the Performance of American Music in June, 2024.

Camwell is Director of Jazz Studies and Professor of Music at Troy University in Alabama.

Paweł Kroczek – musician – clarinetist, soloist, chamber musician, orchestral musician and teacher.

Currently, he works as an assistant professor at the Academy of Music in Poznań, where he obtained a PhD in art in 2016.

In 2011 he graduated with honours from the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań in the clarinet class of Professor Zdzisław Nowak. In the years 2011 – 2013 he continued hisnstudies at Lund University – Musikhogskolan I Malmo under the direction of the world-famous soloist – Olli Leppäniemi. He also studied at the Academy of Music in Wrocław in the clarinet class of Professor Jan Tatarczyk.

In 2013 he passed the exam for the Opus International Youth Festival Orchestra (Innsbruck). In 2012 he received the First Prize in the Chamber Music Category and the Third Prize in the Soloists Category at the International Competition in Svirel (Slovenia). In 2011 he won the third prize at the V National Competition of Musical Interpretation (Krasiczyn). In 2010 he won the Third Prize at the 12th International Chamber Music Competition (Jawor) and the Honorable Mention in the Chamber Category at the 4th West Pomeranian Clarinet Festival (Szczecin). In 2009, he was a scholarship holder of the Socrates – Erasmus programme – studies in the clarinet class of Dr Igor Frantisak – Ostravska Univerzita (Ostrava, Czech Republic).

He is the principal clarinetist of the Collegium F and L’autunno orchestras. He is a member of the wind octet Kapela Farna and Feroce Trio. He has collaborated with many excellent conductors, such as: Gabriel Chmura, Jacek Kasprzyk, Marcin Sompoliński, Nikolai Znaider, Jakub Chrenowicz, Wojciech Rodek, Przemysław Neumann, Paweł Przytocki, Marek Pijarowski, Jerzy Salwarowski, taking part in numerous orchestral projects throughout the country.

He has performed at numerous festivals, including: Animator, Malta Festival, Poznań Music Spring, Przemyśl Music Autumn, Transatlantyk, Nostalgia Festival, Karol Szymanowski Festival in Beijing; International Clarinet Festival and Congress in Gyro (2018, 2021), Camerino (2019), Krakow (2022).

He has performed numerous world premieres of works by contemporary composers, as well as radio, television and CD recordings. As a soloist, he has performed with the orchestras of the Kalisz Philharmonic, the Poznań Opera, the Academy of Music in Poznań and the Collegium F orchestra.

He is a CEA consultant, as well as a lecturer of many master classes for clarinetists. He sits on the jury of national and international competitions and CEA auditions.

Since 2020, Paweł Kroczek has been an artist of the Royal Global Clarinets manufactory. He uses Royal Global Firebaird and Buffet Crampon Festival clarinets.

Joel Cardoso is a member of the City Light Orchestra (resident at the KKL) and regularly collaborates with the Orchestra della Svizzera italiana (OSI), Luzerner Sinfonieorchester and the Argovia Philharmonic.

Joel is the winner of more than two dozen international competitions and prizes in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Thailand, Poland and Peru.

He has participated in music festivals in Lucerne, Zermatt, Grafenegg, Aurora, Animato, Höri and Davos. He is an ambassador of the Lucerne Festival Academy, where he collaborated with the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra (LFCO). He was twice selected for the Zermatt Music Festival and Academy, where he worked with musicians from the Berlin Philharmonic.

After auditioning, he was invited to play with the Estonian National Opera and the Orquesta Sinfónica de Madrid (Teatro Real).

He got his first diploma with full marks in Domingos Castro’s class at the Guimarães Conservatory and graduated from the University of Minho with Vitor Matos, before being invited to study at the Hochschule für Musik in Trossingen with Chen Halevi, where he learned historically informed performance techniques. He completed a master’s degree at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana under François Benda and Jordi Pons, where he received a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Since 2021 he has been studying(Orchestra and Solo master) at the Hochschule Luzern with Paolo Beltramini and Robert Pickup.

Dr. Dawid Głowacki – Polish clarinetist, graduate of the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk. He graduated with distinction from his masters degree in 2016, in the class of dr hab. Grzegorz Wieczorek. In September 2021, he obtained his doctoral degree.

Since 2024, he has been a clarinetist and bass clarinetist at the Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdańsk. In the same year, he became an official artist of the Gleichweit-Mundstücke company.

As a soloist, he has performed in many European countries, including Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Belarus, Sweden, Greece, and the Netherlands. In 2015, he received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. He has won many awards and distinctions at international and national competitions.

He constantly collaborates with many composers, performing their works at numerous festivals. Contemporary music and its interpretation occupy a special place in the artist’s repertoire. Recent activities have led to the creation of the album “BOOM” with clarinet music by Jacob Ter Veldhuis.

He improved his skills with outstanding artists such as: Florent Heau, Pierre Génisson, Jean-Marc Fessard, Antonio Saiote, Gabor Varga, Andrew Marriner, Igor Frantisak.

Dawid is also a teacher at the General Music School in Gdańsk. His didactic activity is very extensive. He has a lot of students and gives master classes around the country.

Mattia Cacciavillani – Musician: Saxophonist and Orchestra Director.

Mattia Cacciavillani began his musical studies at the age of 10 in the “Domenico Ceccarossi” musical comprehensive school in Orsogna, and then continued them at the “MI-BE” Artistic, Musical and Dance High School in Pescara and subsequently in the “Luisa D’Annunzio” State Conservatory of Music in Pescara, where he trained with Maestro Gaetano Di Bacco until completing the two-year high school diploma in “Discipline Musicali Saxofono”.

He obtained his academic diploma in July 2020 with “Laude and Honorable Mention” with a thesis of a musicological nature written together with the supervisor M° Raffaele Napoli and the co-supervisor M° Gaetano Di Bacco, entitled “The Saxophone: History, Interpreters, Interpretation” , in which themes inherent to the history of the saxophone and saxophonists are addressed, as well as interdisciplinary discussions regarding musical interpretation in objective terms, musical hermeneutics, philosophical reflection on the artistic content, function and fruition of the work of art , art and technology, art and its claim to present itself as a truthful experience of the world, making use of knowledge in the field of phenomenology of music, philosophy, aesthetics and psychology of music.

During his academic career at the conservatory, in the 2019/2020 academic year, he took the opportunity to study, through the “Erasmus+” project, at the “Fryderyk Chopin University of Music” in Warsaw with Maestro Paweł Gusnar, to which he returned, after graduating, in the 2020/2021 academic year as an intern, serving as an artist and as an assistant of the saxophone class.

He has held specialization courses and masterclasses with various saxophonists, including:

Risto Gjorevski is a clarinetist, a graduate of the Faculty of Music Art in Skopje, Macedonia where he also obtained his Master degree in 2006. He is a performing artists in different formations – solo, duo, chamber ensembles and orchestras. Risto Gjorevski has performed solo or with different ensembles in Austria, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkiye, Poland, Russia, USA, Italy, Israel, Indonesia, etc. In 2018 he completed a postdiploma artistical training for clarinet performance at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland.

In Macedonia, he works in the National Opera and Ballet Orchestra and he has also been a member and soloist in the Symphonic Orchestra for Film Music FAME’S – Skopje, Johann Strauss Orchestra-Skopje, the Symphonic Orchestra of CulturOp, Chamber Orchestra of Bitola, still active member of the Chamber Orchestra “Skopje Soloists”, member of the Skopje Woodwind Quintet a formation with a tradition of over 40 years, Duo Clarinets, etc. Risto has also performed solo with the Macedonian Philharmonic and with the National Opera and Ballet Orchestra. Recently, performed with the Royal Symphonic Orchestra at the Wilanow Palace – Poland, Masovian Symphonic Orchestra – Warsaw, the Symphonic Orchestra of Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and has cooperated with the conductors Krzeszimir Debski, Janusz Pszybilski, Robert Rumbelow, Sasha Nikolovski – Gjumar, Borjan Canev, Alexandr Sidnev and musicians as Simon Trpceski, Sergei Petrov, Goran Bojchevski, Stojo Miserlioski, Ognjen Popovic, Jakub Bokun, Barbara Boriwicz etc.

In 2013, he performed with Skopje Woodwind Quintet in Bohemian National Hall (New York City, USA) at the United Nations celebration attended by the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Mun. Together with Sergei Petrov – the first clarinetist of Bolshoi Theatre – Moscow they have performed at Bitola Summer Festival as well as Ohrid Sumer Festival 2014. In 2018 Risto was guest to the world renown pianist Simon Trpcheski and his project “Makedonisimo” on the Poland tour, playing four concerts. Risto had a remarkable solo performance with the Moscow State Academic Simphony Orchestra in Moscow 2015 and a solo performance with the Wind Orchestra of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland 2017. He has been member of

the jury since 2013 and has had solo performances at the International Moscow Festival for Slavic Music.

He holds a first prize for clarinet for the 1994 and 1997 state competitions as well as first prize for chamber music in the 2002 state competition. Internationaly the “DUO CLARINETS Gjorevski-Bakrevski” won the Silver Award at the international competition in Svirel, Slovenia in the cathegory of chamber music in April 2015.

Risto has recorded one solo compact disc – „Moments of Clarinet” and two CDs with the Skopje Woodwind Quintet.

Petr Vašek, originally from Brno, began playing the clarinet at the age of nine. He received his early musical training from Břetislav Winkler. Petr quickly stood out as a remarkable talent, winning two national competitions in solo and chamber music.

He studied at the Prague Conservatory under Milan Polák, then earned his bachelor’s degree at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU). Later, he pursued his master’s and soloist diplomas at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano, under Milan Řeřicha. His studies concluded with a solo performance with the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana.

During his studies, Petr won many awards. These include 1st prize at the International Competition in Carlino, 1st prize at the International Clarinet Competition in Hořice, and 2nd prize at the Leoš Janáček International Music Competition in Brno.

As a soloist, he has performed with top orchestras, including the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, Hradec Králové Philharmonic, South Bohemian Philharmonic, and F. X. Šalda Theatre Orchestra in Liberec.

While still a student, Petr focused deeply on orchestral playing. A major milestone came in 2012 when he was accepted into the Verbier Festival Orchestra (VFO), one of the world’s top youth orchestras. He played with the VFO for three years, working with conductors like Valery Gergiev, Charles Dutoit, Manfred Honeck, and Klaus Mäkelä.

In 2017, he joined the Verbier Chamber Festival Orchestra (VFCO), led by Gábor Takács-Nagy and composed of elite VFO musicians. Petr performs with the VFCO each year at the Verbier Festival. He has toured internationally, including the Tsinandali Festival in Georgia (2019), the VFCO Winter Tour across Europe (2021), China (April 2024), and South Korea (April 2025).

Petr also co-founded a wind ensemble made up of South Bohemian Philharmonic musicians. With them, he performed at the 2024 Olympic Games. The group appears regularly at the Czech Music Centre in Paris, promoting Czech music and building cultural ties with French audiences.

From 2015 to 2017, Petr worked with the Malaysia Philharmonic Orchestra in Kuala Lumpur. Since returning to the Czech Republic, he has been principal clarinetist of the South Bohemian Philharmonic. Since 2016, he has also taught at the Conservatory in České Budějovice.

Igor Bakrevski was born in Bitola, Macedonia where he finished his primary music school and high school of music in the studio of prof. Pande Tatarchevski. During his studies he has won a lot of first prices in various national competitions in Macedonia and also in some international in Serbia. Also as a high school student he took part in YMISO orchestra for young musicians from Europe and played few concerts in Slovenia and Italy with this orchestra.

After finishing the high school, Bakrevski became a part of the faculty of music in Skopje Macedonia in the studio of prof. Ivan Kocharov where he graduated in 2009 with the highest grade 10 (CUM LAUDE). For a short period in the year 2007 Igor became also a student in the Boston Conservatory in Boston USA, in the studio od prof. Jonathan Cohler as a full scholarship student, but he left the Conservatory shortly after and started working the same year in the National opera and ballet in Skopje, Macedonia. At the same time Igor started playing part time in the National philharmonic as a E flat clarinetist. Bakrevski is first clarinetist in Fames Project orchestra for recording music which is based in Skopje and he still records there until today. Igor has also been a member of Skopje City Wind orchestra and had played many concerts throughout the years with them as well. In 2016 he finished his master studies in the faculty of music in Skopje in the studio of prof. Sava Dimitrov from Sofia, Bulgaria. Igor has performed few times with the philharmonic orchestra of Monte Negro as a E flat clarinetist and has recorded music with the Bulgarian radio orchestra in Sofia as a first clarinetist. He had performed a lot of concerts with Bitola chamber orchestra in many towns all over the country on many different festivals. As a soloist Igor has performed few concerts with the faculty of music symphony orchestra, faculty of music big band, Macedonian National Philharmonic, Macedonian National opera and ballet orchestra and the Fames Project orchestra. Igor is currently a member of many different chamber groups with whom he had played numerus concerts, some of which are: Sonoris, Gjorevski-Bakrevski duo, Kvinteto, Kvarteto and many others. In 2022 Bakrevski transferred from the National opera and ballet and started working full time in the National philharmonic. Next year he became clarinet professor in the faculty of music in Skopje which started his teaching chapter.

Igor playes Royal Global Clarinets and is a representative of the brand for Macedonia.

In 2024, Igor Bakrevski became an artist of the Sax Clinic’s SCV ligatures. He uses Sonus Divinus ligature.

Marko Dzomba, born in Novi Sad, Serbia, is an internationally active soloist and chamber musician who
studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria with Oto Vrhovnik.

He has performed in England, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Norway, Romania, the Czech Republic and in concert halls such as the Konzerthaus Vienna, Musikverein Wien, Brucknerhaus Linz, Ljubljana Philharmonic, RNCM Manchester and others.

Some of Marko’s upcoming concerts will also include appearances as a soloist with the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra China, the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra in the Great Tchaikovsky Hall, the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra Bulgaria, the Webern Chamber Philharmonic in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein, with the Vienna Jeunesse Orchester in the Great Hall of the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Kronstadt/Brașov Philharmonic Orchestra
Romania and the Slovenian Armed Forces Orchestra in the Great Hall of the Slovenian Philharmonic.

Recent collaborations also include performances with the Vienna Volksoper Orchestra, Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg and the Vienna State Opera Orchestra.
Marko was the winner of international and national competitions such as the Casinos Austria Rising Star
Award, the ADMC Illzach in France, the CRDM in Italy, the Svirel Prize in Slovenia (where he also received two special prizes), the Windisch Chamber Music Competition, Musica Juventutis …

He is a  three-time laureate of the Serbian National Competition and has been awarded with the Serbian Culture Prize Talent of the Year twice. He was also the winner of the Tokyo Foundation audition and a scholarship holder of the Thyl-Dürr Foundation and the Josef Windisch Foundation.

Marko Dzomba has appeared on radio and television stations such as ORF, Radio Ö1, Radio Klassik Stephansdom, RTVSLO and Klassikradio Germany.
Marko Dzomba is a Yamaha Artist and plays on a gold-plated Custom EX Alto saxophone and SCVLigatures model SONUS DIVINUS from Sax Clinic.
